Is health coaching for me?
Health coaching is for anyone who is ready to make changes toward improving their health and well-being. Health coaches take the time to get to the root of your health concerns and approach health from a whole being perspective. A health coach can help you achieve your unique goals by overcoming barriers and incorporating small, achievable habits. Health coaches also work with you to help you find a personalized plan to wellness without prescribing a particular nutrition or exercise plan.
What program packages do you offer?
My most popular package, and the one I often recommend is the 6-month program. It takes time to make lifelong changes. In addition, my approach is from a holistic lens. This means we will work together to look at various areas of your life to see where barriers may be and what small changes over time can lead you to achieving your health goals. I also offer a 3 month program and an accelerated 6-week program.
